7 Health Garden Customers Reveal their Summer Health Resolutions

We spoke to 7 of our most loyal customers about their summer health resolutions.

This week, we spoke to 7 of our most loyal customers about their summer health resolutions. From cutting down on alcohol (goodbye, happy hour!) to simply becoming more active throughout the week, here’s what they had to say.

“This year I’ve decided to get outside of my comfort zone more. It’s not specific, it’s not measurable, but every day is another opportunity!” — Leah L., 28

“To lose 15 pounds. Not because I don’t like my body the way it is, but because I would feel a lot better about myself if I were 15 pounds lighter. Plus, this beer belly is getting old!” — Dave F., 33

“My summer health resolution is to ultimately cut down on my drinking. Right now, I drink throughout the week — and on the weekends. Ideally, I’d like to stop drinking during the week and only stick to Friday or Saturday night cocktails. And maybe the occasional Sunday Funday…”— Ava J., 25

“Think more positively. Eat healthier. Drink more water. Get more active again. The list goes on and on, and while I know I might not be able to fulfill all of these resolutions, I think it’s a good start to at least try.” — Kristin C., 31

“My resolution is simply meeting my daily goals. Long as I keep moving forward, progress is progress.” — Ana D., 35

“Workout at least 3 times a day doing jump rope (10 minutes), stair masters (10 minute) with 3 pound weights for each arm, jogging on treadmill (10 minute), 30 squats, and use that ski machine (30 minutes).” — Tony B. 36

“I’d like to finally cut out all bad sugars from my diet. I’ve noticed more and more when I go without it, I have more energy, my skin clears up, and I just feel better overall. I think this summer, it’s finally time to cut it out for good.” — Wendy A. 28
