• Do Health Garden products leave an after-taste as many artificial sweeteners do?
    Although most artificial sweeteners, and even some natural sweeteners, leave an unpleasant after-taste, Health Garden products do not. This is due to our specialized formula that ensures that our granules are perfectly crystalized, which makes their taste sweet, before, during and after you enjoy any recipe.
  • What is the best way to store my sweeteners?
    For all our granular products, we recommend to store them in an airtight container, in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. For our bottled products except for our ketchup, we recommend to store them in their original containers in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Our ketchup should be refrigerated.
  • Can I freeze my sweeteners?
    We do not recommend this as it will cause the product to get stuck together.
  • How long do your sweeteners last after opening?
    Please check all packaging for an expiration date.
  • Do your products contain any fillers?
    All Health Garden Products, without exception, are produced from 100% natural ingredients. We do not add any artificial flavoring, coloring, fillers or chemical sweetening agents. Exactly what the label reads is what you get.
  • Where do Health Garden products come from?
    Health Garden travels the world to find the purest sources of natural sweeteners, such as Stevia, Xylitol, Erythritol and similar non-sugar sweet plant extracts which have been used for centuries by civilizations across the world.
  • Do Health Garden products contain GMOs?
    No. Health Garden does not genetically modify any of the ingredients in any of its products. We are Project Verified Non-GMO.
  • Why are natural sweeteners better than artificial sweeteners?
    Many studies have shown that artificial sweeteners have adverse health effects on children and adults. In fact, artificial sweeteners have recently been linked as a cause for diabetes in children. Health garden all-natural sweeteners are perfectly safe for human consumption with no health side effects and are safe for diabetics and others on a low-Glycemic index diet.
  • Can Health Garden products be used for cooking and baking?
    Of course! Substitute our natural sweeteners for sugar in any of your favorite recipes and you – and your family- will not be able to tell the difference! Certain products are better for baking than others, so make sure to read the labels and choose the perfect natural sweetener for your fluffy pastry recipes.
  • I am a diabetic can I use your product?

    In compliance with national labeling laws, all of our products clearly state any allergens used in the manufacturing of the product. Please read every ingredient statement for allergen declarations.
  • Are your products gluten-free?
    All of our products are gluten-free. This is marked on the packaging and we also include an icon on the product page to indicate that it is gluten-free. We strongly advise that you read the ingredients of the product before purchasing it.
  • Are your products kosher?
    All of our products are certified kosher. Each of our packages is marked with the certified logo.

    Yes, all of our products are Keto diet-friendly as they are low carb.

  • Why isn’t my coupon code working?
    Please check to make sure you are not combining discounts and have the applicable items in your cart. The only exclusion for this is if you have an account and are using your 20% or 10% discount.
  • I have an account with you but forgot to log in when I placed my order, can I still get the 10% discount?
    Unfortunately, we cannot apply the 10% off to guest checkouts nor can the discount be applied retroactively.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the United States. We do have international distributors, as us to be directed!
  • Do you ship to all 50 states?
    Yes, we ship to all 50 states, including Puerto Rico.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Free shipping only qualifies for orders of $49.99 & more. Some orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground and shipping can take anywhere from 5-7 business days.

  • What is the shipping cost breakdown?

          Free shipping is for orders over $49.99 prior to shipping charge. All other                    orders are calculated by the US Postal Office, and greatly varies due to 

          shipping zip code, box weight, etc. Contact Us if you have any                                questions.

  • What shipping methods are available?
    Currently, we offer ground shipping, 2 day and overnight. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

  • Can I return my product?
