Allulose Vanilla Pound Cake



– 1 1/2 cups of Health Garden’s allulose
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 4 large eggs
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup milk


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the allulose and softened butter until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
