Easy, Vitamin Rich Juice Recipes

You don’t need a juicer to whip up refreshing and super healthy drinks. All our recipes can be made in your blender—so no specialty equipment is needed. The natural fibers will make these pretty think, you can simply add water to thin them to the consistency of your liking.

Power Gulp

This green goodie sneaks in a dose of iron, key for healthy blood cell and muscle function. It also delivers more than your daily rec of vitamin K—another must for blood and bone health.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups kale
  • 2 green apples, cored.
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves
  • 1 medium cucumber, quartered.
  • 2 celery stalks roughly chopped.
  • 1 (1-inch) piece of ginger, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Health Garden Agave Syrup
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you find the mixture to be too chunky for your taste still, strain through a mesh sieve.

The Happy Berry

This juice is great for replenishing electrolytes after a workout. The celery contains natural sodium that helps repair muscles and prevent cramps.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Small piece of cucumber
  • 1/2 banana
  • ½ tsp Health Garden Monk Fruit Sweetener
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If it is too think, you can add water to thin it out.

Beet It

This juice is in Vitamin C and other essential vitamins, that help the body heal and maintain a healthy immune 
system.

Ingredients
  • 1–1½ cups filtered water
  • 1 handful dark leafy greens
  • 2 beet leaves
  • 1/2 beetroot, peeled
  • 1/2 pink grapefruit, juiced
  • 1 carrot, scrubbed and cut in chunks
  • 1-inch piece ginger, peeled
  • 1 tsp Health Garden Agave Syrup
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender
