CARROT CAKE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of grated carrot
- 3 eggs.
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup of HEALTH GARDEN BAKING SWEETENER
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil.
- 1/4 tsp. Bicarbonate.
- Pinch of salt.
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
Take to the oven at 350 F for 30 min or until a knife comes out clean.
For the topping:
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt.
- 1 tbsp. HEALTH GARDEN STEVIA
- A little grated carrot and lemon zest.
