What is HG Coconut sugar?

Coconut sugar has been used for centuries around the world as a natural sweetener.

A palm sugar derived from the sap of coconut palm trees, coconut sugar is high in amino acids, nutrients and antioxidants, providing you with many health benefits when compared to regular brown sugar.

Process:

1.Coconut sap is collected from the blossoms of the coconut tree.

2.The sap is translucent & contains about 80% water.

3.As the water evaporates, it transforms into a thick syrup known as toddy.
