Instructions

Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.

Cream Butter & Xylitol

Beat butter and Health Garden Xylitol until pale and fluffy, about 3–5 minutes.

This step ensures a velvety, dense crumb.

Add Eggs Gradually

Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

Keep the batter smooth and fully emulsified.

Fold in Dry Ingredients

Sift together flour and salt.

Gently fold into the butter-egg mixture with a spatula.

Avoid overmixing to maintain a tender crumb.

If batter is too thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk.
