We use monk sugar for everything. Measures same as sugar. Tastes same as sugar. No aftertaste. Super delicious. In baking I do cut a little. If a recipe calls for a cup of sugar I only put 3/4 monk sugar.

I was using 3 small spoons of Nutrisweet for morning coffee.I find that I have to use 5 for the monk.That being said though, I'm getting NO sugar with that 5 and no calories. I'm a VERY happy Camper.
