The box arrived a little beat up however the xylitol packets inside were undamaged with not packets lost. I love this product and carry the packets wherever I go. I like the fact that Health Garden Xylitol is all natural birch and USA made. I didn't give my review 5 stars because I have come across several packets so far that are either empty or barely filled. I will continue to order this great product whenever it's available.

Good product and it does truly make things sweet just like sugar. Had to wait a bit for it to totally dissolve but that's not a problem and once dissolved sweetened my tea perfectly

Some of the packets aren't completely sealed. So when I shake the packet to get sugar to settle all at the bottom Sugar shoots out of the packet and makes a mess on counter and floor. Perhaps better quality control is needed. Thank you

I have been using the packets for my teeth. I pour part of the contents in my hand, put in my mouth, swirl it around for a while and then spit it out. When I go to my next dental appt., I will see if it had an effect. I do notice less plaque behind by bottom front teeth.

This order took a whole month to arrive, but my first order arrived in one week! I do enjoy the convenient birch xylitol packets for daily use VERY much! I have not tried the date syrup, but will likely have to give it to a friend because of my recent blood sugar management. Email replies from Health Garden also required patience, but my unauthorized subscription was successfully canceled, and now that my order has arrived with reason for its delay I’m thoroughly satisfied with this Health Garden company! VERY thankful for your excellent product!!

Health Garden is the only Xylitol I use. The packets are great for use at work and at restaurants. I purchased 2 boxes of 1000 xylitol packets.

My only complaint is that they are not always in stock....

I am a long time user of Xylitol and usually buy it in bulk. However, flying to Mexico from the US, a Ziplock bag containing xylitol may look suspicious. So, problem solved with individual packets so clearly labeled. Thank you Health Garden!
